Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of regional income, in an effort to enlarge PAD, the program of development and utilization of resources and regional tourism potential is expected to provide input for economic development. Tourism is seen as an activity that has a multidimensional from a series of development processes, the development of a tourism sector concerning socio-cultural, economic and political aspects. The research used in this discussion is the normative juridical approach method which is a research that emphasizes on law science and conducts an inventory of positive laws relating to the law regulations in the field of law. Deductively, this research begins with analyzing secondary data in the field of law, which related to with matters that are the subject of this research, data collection techniques focusing on document studies and field studies, data collection tools with library research and data analysis using qualitative juridical . The results of this study conclude that tourism is one of the main sectors in development that continues to be developed continuously, all the application of regulations governing tourism such as the application of Law No. 10 of 2009 on tourism to contribute to PAD so that it can be implement properly and right and tourism is industries that are related to tourist destinations with guaranteed characteristics of beauty, balance, natural, health, and environmental quality, but if the quality of a tourist destination decreases, eating places tend to be ignored, therefore there is a need for maintenance and serious handling of the sector tourism with collaboration between local government and private parties
