Abstract

Technology is a necessity. People used to have to walk far to the market. But now all you have to do is click the shopping button on your device, then the items that you ordered will not arrive at home. Even so, the convenience of the transaction is not free from problems. Problems often afflict consumers when the ordered goods do not meet expectations. Or in fact it could be that many consumers are disadvantaged because it turns out that the money has been paid, but the goods that are awaited do not come. Ideally these problems can be resolved in the realm of clear law, so that consumers feel protected in this easy-paced era.
